Our production is carried out in industrial precast facilities designed to scale output to project volume. For large-scale governmental procurement programmes we can establish local production capacity in-country.
A White Cloud shelter is a single poured element. Formwork, reinforcement cage, embedded fixings, door frame, and ventilation openings are assembled and cast in one operation — there is no on-site jointing between wall, roof, and floor once the unit leaves the factory.
This monolithic construction is the reason our units can be installed in a single crane lift, and it is what gives them their structural profile: no cold joints, no seams, no assumptions about site workmanship.
For governmental programmes at national scale, we establish local production capacity in-country. Local casting means shorter lead times, lower cross-border logistics costs, and full compliance with local industrial cooperation policies attached to the tender.
