White Cloud modules are manufactured under Israeli Standard SI 1923 for precast concrete systems and officially approved by the Israel Home Front Command. Institutional envelopes carry parallel European (EN) certifications so units can be specified under EU procurement rules without re-certification.
Governs production of the structural envelope — reinforcement, concrete grade, geometry, curing, and quality control. Every White Cloud module is manufactured under this standard.
The 85 × 200 cm blast door supplied on the DUO and URBAN lines is manufactured in accordance with this standard.
The 100 × 100 × 40 cm blast-resistant window and the 100 × 210 cm institutional door option comply with Part 2, and are dual-certified with EN 13123-2.
The optional Chemical / Biological / Radiological / Nuclear filtration system, suitable for up to 30 occupants, is delivered in a cabinet compliant with this standard.
The 100 × 100 cm aluminium gas-tight casement window option complies with this standard.
The institutional blast door option (100 × 210 cm, 25 mm) is certified EN 13123-2 EXR rated — dual-listed with SI 4422 Part 2.
Institutional windows are dual-certified EN 13124-2 and SI 4422 Part 2.
Every model in the range is officially approved by the Israel Home Front Command — the national civil protection authority responsible for shelter specification.
