CIVIC 12
Overview
CIVIC 12 is engineered for educational and civic institutions where a full classroom or clinic cohort must be sheltered together. The 6.25 × 3.90 m plan provides 12 m² of standing floor and 2.60 m of ceiling clearance.
The unit is built to a heavier structural envelope — 40 cm walls and roof, 25 cm floor — and supports the full life-support add-on suite: CBRN filtration for up to 30 occupants, chemical toilet, water tank, and photoluminescent egress signage.
