Every subsystem is dual-certified where an equivalent European standard exists. Add-ons are integrated into the modular build prior to dispatch — not retrofitted on site.
Openings & envelope
Dual certified EN / SI where applicableInstitutional blast door
100 × 210 cm, 25 mm thick. Dual-certified EN 13123-2 (EXR rated) and SI 4422 Part 2.
Blast & fragment-resistant window
100 × 100 × 40 cm, 24 mm thick. Certified EN 13124-2 and SI 4422 Part 2.
Aluminium gas-tight casement window
100 × 100 cm, compliant with SI 1068. For non-institutional configurations.
Ventilation openings
Two standard ventilation openings plus two sealed modular openings for air-conditioning and cable routing.

Roof waterproofed with bituminous membranes, complete drainage gutter included.
Electrical & communications
Interior lighting, 220 V outlets, and communications conduits pre-installed and terminated.
Photoluminescent egress signage
Interior escape marking compliant with EU EN photoluminescent signage requirements.
Life-support systems
Dual certified EN / SI where applicableCBRN filtration
Chemical / Biological / Radiological / Nuclear filtration system, suitable for up to 30 occupants, including cabinet. Compliant with SI 4570.
Chemical toilet
Chemical toilet including accessibility grab bar and privacy curtain.
Water tank
Water tank up to 100 L, including faucet and a 40 cm-high metal stand.
